YEAR 2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Members and guests are invited to attend the Year 2010 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Geological Society of Hong Kong. Details are as follow:
Date : 14th October, 2010 (Thursday)
Time : 7:00 PM
Venue : Seminar Room, 3/F, Mariner’s Club, 11 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
(Near MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit K)
Meeting Agenda:
1. President’s Report for the Year 2009-2010 Session
2. Treasurer’s Report for the Year 2009-2010 Session
3. Election of the General Committee the Years 2010-2012 Session
4. A.O.B.
If you are interested to serve in the General Committee, please feel free to contact us for details. Nomination will be accepted during the Annual General Meeting. Only current members are eligible to take part in the election. Please renew your year 2010 membership if you have not done so yet.
There will be a trip sharing session after the AGM. Details are as follow:

Members and guests are also welcome to join dinner buffet at the Mariner’s Club after the AGM and trip sharing session. The estimated price is $200.00 per person.
